You must:

  • Be located in Australia

  • Be 18+ or have consent from a guardian

  • Provide accurate, truthful information

We reserve the right to decline any request that lacks sufficient detail, appears fraudulent, or falls outside our professional scope.

 
3. Use of Service
  • Certificates are issued based on self-declared symptoms and the professional judgment of a registered nurse.

  • Certificates are intended for short-term absence only and are not suitable for WorkCover, insurance, Centrelink, or legal claims.

  • This service is not a substitute for ongoing or emergency medical care.

 
4. Payment
  • Payment is required at the time of submission.

  • Prices are displayed in AUD and may include GST.

  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Health Start does not store your full payment details.

 
5. Delivery
  • Certificates are generally delivered digitally via email within business hours.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on practitioner availability and the information provided.

  • No guarantee is made of instant delivery.

All content, logos, and documents on this site remain the property of Health Start and must not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Start is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this service.

  • We do not guarantee acceptance of certificates by every employer, school, or third party; acceptance is at their discretion.
