Refund Policy

Effective Date: 07/06/2025

1. Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • We are unable to provide a certificate based on your submission.

  • The reviewing nurse determines you do not meet eligibility for a certificate.

  • You cancel your request within 10 minutes of submission and before the review process has commenced.

Refunds are not available if:

  • Your certificate has already been reviewed or issued.

  • You provided incomplete, false, or misleading information.

  • Your employer, school, or institution does not accept the certificate after issuance (acceptance is at their discretion).

 
2. Cancellation

To cancel a request, you must contact us immediately at:

Cancellations are only valid if received before the review process begins.

3. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Consumer Rights

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.
