Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 07/06/2025

1. Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We are unable to provide a certificate based on your submission

  • The nurse determines you do not meet the eligibility for a certificate

  • You cancel your request within 10 minutes of submission and before review begins

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • Your certificate has already been reviewed or sent

  • You provided incomplete, false, or misleading information

  • Your employer does not accept the certificate after issuance

3. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
