Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:

We are unable to provide a certificate based on your submission

The nurse determines you do not meet the eligibility for a certificate

You cancel your request within 10 minutes of submission and before review begins
You are not eligible for a refund if:

Your certificate has already been reviewed or sent

You provided incomplete, false, or misleading information
-
Your employer does not accept the certificate after issuance

3. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
